This manual provide instructions on how to use AMRfinder Plus and hAMRonization via the Google Colab, and was developed by Antimicrobial Resistance Sub-Grant Team Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, University of Tokyo, University of Buenos Aires and Universiti Putra Malaysia), Public Health Alliance for Genomic epidemiology (PHA4GE), (sub-grant code AMR-SG-02). This funding is from a sub-grant from PHA4GE, and also part of a bigger research grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (INV-003655) to PHA4GE. The project is headed by the National University of Malaysia (UKM), and registered with UKM code of JJ-2021-006. The version 2.0 (2023) was built under the first one, and added a new tutorial on how Convert hAMRonization output to Microreact ready format via the Google Colab.
