Abstract

Мазкур илмий мақолада ҳарбий хизматчилар ва уларни оила аъзоларини уй-жой билан таъминлашнинг муаммоли масалалари, унинг ижтимоий аҳамияти, уларнинг уй-жой таъминоти ва уй-жойга бўлган ҳуқуқлари тушунчаси ва олимларнинг ушбу масаладаги илмий-назарий қарашлари, соҳанинг илмий ўрганилганлиги даражаси, миллий қонунчилик таҳлили ва унга бўлган танқидий муносабатлар, шунингдек, хорижий қонунчилик тажрибаси ҳамда асослантирилган таклиф ва хулосалар келтирилган.
