Estudiantes de Administración y su percepción sobre la responsabilidad social empresarial

Abstract

Se analizó la percepción de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Administración de la UV adscriptos a la FCA campus Coatzacoalcos sobre la RSE. Se utilizó un instrumento validado por los autores Wendlandt, Álvarez y Valdéz [1] propuesta por Maignan (2001) a partir del modelo de Carroll (1991) que comprende cuatro dimensiones de estudio: económica, ética, legal y filantrópica con 5 opciones de respuesta tipo Likert que van desde totalmente en desacuerdo (1) hasta totalmente de acuerdo (5). La percepción de los sujetos de estudio reflejó como resultados: muy buena, esto se corrobora al obtener una media global de 4.15; sin embargo, la dimensión con la media más alta (4.37), es la que corresponde a la responsabilidad legal y la más baja la filantrópica (3.91), quedando en segundo y tercer lugar la responsabilidad económica (4.35) y ética (3.96) respectivamente.
