Abstract

ЗАРУБЕЖНЫЙ ОПЫТ МОТИВАЦИИ ПЕРСОНАЛА И ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ЕГО ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ В ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ / В. А. Евсеенко ; ГОУ ВПО «ДОНАУИГС» // Менеджер. – 2022. – № 1(99). - С. 87-95. В статье осуществлѐн анализ систем мотивации труда зарубежных стран и представлены рекомендации относительно применения отдельных еѐ элементов на отечественных предприятиях. Обосновано, что для усиления мотивационного воздействия на персонал в развитых зарубежных странах применяют сочетание материальных и нематериальных стимулов. Систематизированы и обобщены основные факторы и особенности зарубежных систем мотивации персонала. Аргументирована целесообразность внедрения в систему управления персоналом отечественных предприятий новых комбинированных подходов для решения проблемы мотивации работников и повышения эффективности их трудовой деятельности. The article analyzes the labor motivation systems of foreign countries and presents recommendations regarding the use of its individual elements at domestic enterprises. It has been substantiated that in order to enhance the motivational impact on personnel in developed foreign countries, a combination of material and non-material incentives is used. The main factors and features of foreign systems of personnel motivation are systematized and generalized. The expediency of introducing new combined approaches to the personnel management system of domestic enterprises to solve the problem of employee motivation and increase the efficiency of their labor activity is argued.
