Abstract

Chemical Laboratories, University of Allahabad, Allahabad-211 002 Manuscript received 14 August 1978, accepted 18 January 1979 Cu(II) fluorescein complex isolated from an aqueous medium has the composition Cu C20H10O5.3.5H2O. Ir, uv-vis diffuse reflectance, and esr spetral studies, magnetic and thermal measurements have been made to characterize the complex.
