This file contains geometrical (CAD) models of Delft University of Technology's TUD-XPROP-S propeller. This six-bladed, 8”-propeller can be used for the validation of numerical tools because experimental data sets are available (shared separately). Separate CAD models are provided for the original geometry used in wind-tunnel experiments, and for simplified geometries suggested for numerical (CFD) analyses. Models are provided for two blade-pitch angles. The CAD files are available upon request and are intended for non-commercial use. The aerodynamic performance of the propeller is described in the following publication: van Arnhem, N., de Vries, R., Sinnige, T., Vos, R., Eitelberg, G., and Veldhuis, L.L.M., "Engineering Method to Estimate the Blade Loading of Propellers in Nonuniform Flow," AIAA Journal, Vol. 58, No. 12, pp. 5332-5346. doi: 10.2514/1.J059485.
