Abstract

Presentasi ini mendiskusikan tentang upaya mengotomatisasi pelayanan di rumah sakit (RS). Selain menjelaskan tahapan dan potensi layanan yang dapat diotomatisasikan agar mutu pelayanan RS meningkat, Anis juga mendiskusikan mengenai sejauh mana otomatisasi dapat diterapkan di rumah sakit. Apakah analogi 5 level otomasi bagi kendaraan otonom berlaku juga di rumah sakit? Pertanyaan tersebut dicoba dijawab dalam presentasi ini.
