Abstract

Résumé La gestion des connaissances permet aux individus, aux organisations ainsi qu'aux réseaux, régions et nations de créer, partager et appliquer collectivement et systématiquement des connaissances pour atteindre leurs objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels. La gestion des connaissances contribue à accroître l'efficience et l'efficacité des opérations d'une part et à changer la qualité de la concurrence par l’innovation d'autre part en développant une organisation apprenante. (North et al 2018) La gestion stratégique des connaissances est l'utilisation des capacités d'une organisation pour tirer parti des sources de connaissances internes et externes et, par ce biais, créer de la valeur et un avantage concurrentiel durable. En particulier, la gestion des connaissances peut contribuer à créer des économies d'échelle du côté de l'offre (par exemple, sous la forme d'une réduction des coûts d'exploitation) ou des économies d'échelle du côté de la demande (par exemple, en augmentant considérablement la qualité des produits) (Ofek et Sarvary 2001). Le but de cet article est de présenter une vue holistique des différentes stratégies de gestion des connaissances et présenter une feuille de route pour la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie de GC. Ainsi contribué au multiple efforts pour une implémentation plus facile de la démarche KM. Mots clés : Knowledge Management ; performance organisationnelle ; capital intellectuel ; compétitivité ; stratégie de gestion des connaissances. Abstract Knowledge management enables individuals, organizations as well as networks, regions and nations to collectively and systematically create, share and apply knowledge to achieve their strategic and operational objectives. Knowledge management helps to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operations on the one hand and to change the quality of competition through innovation on the other hand by developing a learning organization. (North et al 2018). Strategic knowledge management is the use of an organization's capabilities to leverage internal and external sources of knowledge and, through this, create value and sustainable competitive advantage. In particular, knowledge management can help create economies of scale on the supply side (for example, in the form of reduced operating costs) or economies of scale on the demand side (for example, by dramatically increasing product quality) (Ofek and Sarvary 2001). The purpose of this article is to present a holistic view of the different knowledge management strategies and present a roadmap for implementing a KM strategy. Thus contributed to the multiple efforts for an easier implementation of the KM approach.
