Abstract

La guerra no espera, tesis para la producci��n constituida en libro de entrevistas a corresponsales de guerra cubanos, tiene como objetivo ponderar su rol en los medios, y corrobora en los testimonios dados la importancia de la retrospecci��n hist��rica interpretativa para situar a los sujetos tanto en la historia narrada como en la valoraci��n acerca de ella, lo cual contribuye a enriquecer el acervo referencial que tributa a las investigaciones de diferentes ramas del saber. Compuesto por diez historias de periodistas reportando desde ocho zonas de disputa armada, entre 1961 y 2011, se retoma desde una perspectiva tridimensional la visi��n de sus protagonistas: como contadores de las historias factuales, como entes opin��ticos de los acontecimientos y el contexto, y como evaluadores que interpretan la realidad dada. La tesis hizo un bosquejo del contexto b��lico desde el siglo pasado hasta la actualidad, las causas y consecuencias que acarrean situaciones combativas y construy�� nuevas conceptualizaciones sobre el periodismo de guerra cubano, a partir de los propios protagonistas. Se realiz�� una investigaci��n con dise��o cualitativo, de tipo descriptiva. Fue empleado el m��todo biogr��fico con la historia de vida como t��cnica, el m��todo bibliogr��fico-documental mediante la revisi��n bibliogr��fica y la entrevista en profundidad como t��cnica principal. Se parti�� de la fenomenolog��a como m��todo, pues exigi�� describir y comprender la experiencia desde su propia l��gica de organizaci��n. Un trabajo de diploma como este ratifica a las tesis para la producci��n como una de las v��as m��s importantes para finalizar los estudios de pregrado.
