Psathyromyia (Psathyromyia) undulata (Fairchild & Hertig, 1950) undulata Fairchild & Hertig, 1950: 524 (as Phlebotomus undulatus). Type locality: Guatemala, between Esquintla and San José. Phlebotomus undulatus Fairchild & Hertig: Vargas & Díaz-Nájera (1953b, distribution), Fairchild & Hertig (1959, distribution). Syn. Phlebotomus humboldti Vargas & Díaz-Nájera, 1959: 143. Type locality: Mexico, Oaxaca. Additional references: Rosabal & Trejos (1964, as synonym of Phlebotomus undulatus).
