Abstract

Arpa ���poaceae oilasiga mansub, bir yillik o���tsimon o���simlik. Arpa qadimdan bug���doy bilan birgalikda yerda o���stirilgan o���simlik, uning donlari 10 ming yil oldin ham bo���lgan. U hamma yerlarda sovuq mintaqalardan, cho���l, yarim sahro, tog���li rayonlarda masalan Tibet, Pomir, Kavkazda o���stiriladi. Tarkibida antibiotiklar, vitaminlar, oqsillar, mikroelementlar, mineral tuzlar, fermentlar, aminokislotalar mavjud. Bulardan ahamiyatlisi antibiotiklar va vitaminlarning ko���pchiligi uchraydi.
