Human Lung Cell Atlas reference model, embedding and extended models

Reference model, and reference embedding for mapping of new data to the Human Lung Cell Atlas (HLCA) core. For information on how the reference model was built, see the HLCA preprint (doi: tbd). The reference model serves as a basis for the mapping of new data to the HLCA using scArches (see Lotfollahi et al., https://doi.org/10.1038/s41587-021-01001-7). scArches surgery adapters and embeddings are included for all dataset part of the HLCA extension.
