'Arbeitskulturen' im Wandel - Erfahrungen und Entwicklungen in 20 Jahren DH-Praxis

Abstract

In seiner zwanzigj��hrigen Geschichte hat TELOTA (kurz f��r "The Electronic Life Of The Academy"), die DH-Abteilung der Berlin-Brandenburgischen Akademie der Wissenschaften (BBAW), mehrfach die eigenen Arbeitsstrukturen evaluiert und ��berarbeitet. Ausgehend von den Entwicklungen und den Herausforderungen der Projekt- und Personenkonstellationen wird der Vortrag eine seit etwa 2020 bei TELOTA etablierte Organisationsstruktur, die Team, Projekte und Forschungssoftwareentwicklung umfasst, vorstellen sowie Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung reflektieren. Ein Beitrag zur 8. Tagung des Verbands "Digital Humanities im deutschsprachigen Raum" - DHd 2022 Kulturen des digitalen Ged��chtnisses.
