Climate shift is thought to be responsible for the spread of vector-born-diseases. Current study was to evaluate the impact of temperature and relative humidity regimes on the developmental stages of Ae. aegypti and also the effect of population density dependence on the survival of Ae. aegypti larvae. In addition, the association among the vector larvae abundance, dengue cases incidence and climatic factors were elucidated during 2016-2019 in three populated districts of Punjab Province i.e., Lahore, Rawalpindi and Multan.
