These simulations were run using the DHALSIM simulator. The dataset includes two types of physical data: ground truth and SCADA information. In addition, the dataset includes captures of all network packets seen by the PLCs and SCADA server during the simulation. DHALSIM is a co-simulation environment for Water Distribution Systems that combines EPANET and MiniCPS to generate more realistic simulations of water distribution systems.
