Lithobius (Monotarsobius) farzalievae Dányi & Tuf, 2012 Type locality: [Kazakhstan, Almaty Region] Dzhungarsky Alatau Mts, 6 km SE Rudnichnyi, Koksu River Canyon, N44°41', E78°58', 1300–1400 m [Kz5] (Farzalieva 2006). Lithobius (Monotarsobius) minimus Farzalieva, 2006: 105 (26 ♂♂, 17 ♀♀). Lithobius (Monotarsobius) farzalievae — Dányi & Tuf, 2012: 27. Previous records. Kazakhstan: Almaty Region —Dzhungarian Alatau Mts, Koksu [Kz5] and Tyshkan [Kz8] river canyons (Farzalieva 2006). Habitat records. Forests: Betula, Populus, Picea etc. on 1300–1400 m, Picea with Salix, Berberis etc. bush on 1700–1800 m (Farzalieva 2006). Remarks. Dányi & Tuf (2012) introduced a new name L. (M.) farzalievae for L. (M.) minimus because it is a junior primary homonym of L. (L.) minimus L. Koch, 1862. Known from Kazakhstan, Almaty Region, only.
