Abstract

Die vorliegende Kritische Bestandsaufnahme des BIH Charit�� (Junior) Clinician Scientist Programms ist auf Initiative der Biomedical Innovation Academy (BIA) des Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) entstanden und wurde durch das Deutsche Zentrum f��r Hochschul- und Wissenschaftsforschung (DZHW) in Kooperation mit der BIA durchgef��hrt. Das BIH Charit�� (Junior) Clinician Scientist Programm ��� von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) 2015 als ���best practice-Modell��� ausgewiesen ��� wurde anl��sslich seines zehnj��hrigen Bestehens erstmalig im Rahmen einer zweij��hrigen sozialwissenschaftlichen Evaluation systematisch untersucht. Mithilfe von standardisierten Online-Surveys und leitfadenstrukturierten Interviews wurden Chancen und Herausforderungen f��r die erfolgreiche Integration von akademischer Forschung in die Facharztweiterbildung im Rahmen des BIH Charit�� (Junior) Clinician Scientist Programms analysiert. Die Evaluation umfasst dabei die Erfahrungen und Perspektiven von insgesamt 90 (aktiven und ehemaligen) Gef��rderten des BIH Charit�� (Junior) Clinician Scientist Programms und vergleichend dazu 145 wissenschaftlich t��tigen Mediziner*innen an der Charit�� ��� Universit��tsmedizin Berlin, die keine F��rderung durch das Programm erhalten haben. Aus diesen empirischen Befunden heraus ermittelt die Studie allgemeine Handlungsempfehlungen f��r die Entwicklung und den Ausbau von Clinician Scientist Programmen im Kontext der deutschen Universit��tsmedizin.

Die vorliegende Ver��ffentlichung enth��lt die Erhebungsinstrumente. This publication contains the survey instruments.
