Enderleinellus marmotae Ferris Pickens Co., Clemson, 11 May 2004, ex Marmota monax (Linnaeus), coll. M.P. Nelder. Enderleinellus marmotae is a specific ectoparasite of the woodchuck, M. monax. This louse was not previously known from the southeastern United States (Kim et al. 1986).
