Abstract

El tema del presente trabajo es el proceso de ense��anza/aprendizaje (PEA) del Espa��ol como Lengua Extranjera (ELE) o Segunda Lengua (L2) en la Facultad de Espa��ol para No Hispanohablantes (FENHI) de la Universidad de La Habana. El primer objetivo del art��culo consiste en explicar las ventajas que supondr��a la introducci��n de la ense��anza de los fundamentos de la antropolog��a sociocultural, as�� como de las t��cnicas de la etnograf��a de la comunicaci��n en el PEA de ELE y L2 en esa instituci��n docente. Esta adici��n permitir��a alcanzar una adecuada relaci��n intercultural que pondr��a fin a la actitud mim��tica y de subordinaci��n de los estudiantes y egresados de la carrera hacia la sociedad y la cultura matrices de la lengua meta, heredadas de la concepci��n de la categor��a Competencia Comunicativa del m��todo comunicativo. El segundo objetivo reside en explicar los beneficios de la sustituci��n de la Competencia Comunicativa por la Competencia Comunicativa Intercultural ���que la comprende��� como objetivo central del PEA de ELE, de forma que se sustituya al mediador ling����stico (traductor/int��rprete) por la figura del mediador intercultural que lo desborda, y de esa manera, posicionar la carrera en un nuevo nicho del mercado internacional de servicios acad��micos, reportando mayor visibilidad a la FENHI, a la Universidad de La Habana y un incremento sustancial de ingresos al sistema. La propuesta se sustenta en los resultados de numerosas investigaciones cuyos autores son mencionados a manera de referente. Los m��todos utilizados fueron el hist��rico-l��gico, el de an��lisis-s��ntesis, la investigaci��n bibliogr��fica y documental, el enfoque en sistema y la teor��a fundamentada.
