Liposcelis rufa Broadhead Liposcelis rufus Broadhead 1950: 366. This species is widely distributed (cf. records in Lienhard and Smithers, 2002) and is found in both outdoor and domestic biotopes. The following are the first records from Hawaii. Although both sexes are known, all of the Hawaiian individuals are females. Specimens examined. HPL1, 1 female; HPP1, 12 females.
