Lethocerus medius (Guérin-Méneville, 1857) Geographical distribution: southern United States in the Nearctic region to Venezuela in the Neotropical region. Material from Cuba: Holguín, no date or collector, 1 Ψ (Perez Goodwyn 2006). Habitat: according to Alayo (1967, 1974), commonly collected in Cuba at light near any freshwater body.
