Maxilla 1: article 2 of palp with facial row of setae and distal row of spines. Maxilliped: article 2 of palp without posterodistal lobe; article 3 of palp broad to bulbous, not curved. Coxa 1 ventrally directed, with anterior border nearly straight. Gnathopod 1 subchelate, with broad propodus, not reduced in size. Gnathopod 2 subchelate, very similar in size and morphology to gnathopod 1. Pereiopod 5 with dactylus small but not vestigial. Pereiopod 7 with basis posteriorly broadly rounded and distally produced; ischium quadrate. Urosomite 1 without dorsal bumps (profile dorsally rectilinear), without spines and setae. Uropod 3 with inner ramus elongate, 0.3 to 0.5 times as long as outer ramus; outer ramus normally with 3 groups of spines on lateral border of article 1 (sometimes with a fourth reduced proximal group); article 2 with setae, if any, on medial border only.
