Amphelictus fortunensis Eya & Chemsak, 2003 (Fig. 4) Amphelictus fortunensis Eya & Chemsak, 2003a: 14, figs. 2, 3; Monné, 2005; Swift et al., 2010: 12. Amphelictus jumerim Martins & Monné, 2005: 48, fig. 47; Swift et al., 2010: 12 syn. nov. Amphelictus jumerim was described from Pichincha, Ecuador and A. fortunensis from Chiriquí, Panama. The comparison of the holotype and paratype, both males, of A. jumerim and the original description and figures of A. fortunensis allow us to propose the new synonymy. Specimens examined. PANAMA, Chiriquí: El Hato del Volcán, Quebrada Tisinga, (1400 m), male, 10.V.1980, Porion-Bertrand. leg. (paratype of A. jumerim, MNRJ); ECUADOR, Pichincha: Tinalandia (Road Quito-Santo Domingo, 650m), male, 18.II.1980, Porion-Bertrand leg. (holotype of A. jumerim, MNRJ). Geographical distribution. Costa Rica, Panama and Ecuador.
