DeBarro, 5 x 3rd instar on one slide (ANIC). Comments. This species, described from New Guinea, is here reported from Australia for the first time. Readers are referred to Martin (1985) for a more detailed account of this species. Within the context of the known Australian fauna this species can be confused with no other. This pale species is quite elongate and the dorsum possesses many setae with a large number of dorsal setae which vary in length and the submargin also has groups of stout setae, some of which are characteristically clustered in groups of 3 or 4.
