Abstract

Published as part of Mutanen, Marko, Aarvik, Leif, Huemer, Peter, Kaila, Lauri, Karsholt, Ole & Tuck, Kevin, 2012, DNA barcodes reveal that the widespread European tortricid moth Phalonidia manniana (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) is a mixture of two species, pp. 1-21 in Zootaxa 3262 on page 14, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.208387

Cochylis udana Guenée, 1845 Cochylis udana was described from an unspecified number of specimens collected in moist meadows in mid- August (Guenée 1845). A lectotype was selected by Razowski (1970) (Figs. 6A, 6 B), who concluded that the typelocality was Chateaudun (Eure et Loir, France).
