Zhiwei Zhang and Weichun Li; 2 ♂, Tropical Botanical Garden, Xishuangbanna (22º36′N, 101º50′E), 531 m, 15, 19.viii.2010, coll. Yinghui Sun, Lixia Li; 1 ♂, 1 ♀, Sanglangzhen, Wangme (25º10′N, 106º05′E), Guizhou Province, 600 m, 3.x.2012, coll. Jing Zhang and Zhenguo Zhang; 1 ♂, Mt. He (22º76′N, 112º94′E), Guangdong Province, 10.x.2002, coll. Guilin Liu and Binglan Zhang. Diagnosis. Adult (Fig. 1 d) with wingspan 11.0–15.0 mm. Seventh sternite (Fig. 4 d) with lateral ribs moderately sclerotized, antero-median rod inconspicuous. This species is similar to H. grabia Wu et Park, 1999, but can be distinguished by the uncus with the caudal margin semicircularly concave at middle, and the ventral margin of the valva with bluntly rounded process at middle in the male genitalia (Fig. 2 d). In H. grabia, the uncus is concave in a narrow V shape on the caudal margin, and the ventral margin of the valva has a sharply pointed process at middle. In the female genitalia (Fig. 3 a), the anterior 1/3 of the ductus bursae is relatively narrower in H. plocamandra than in H. grabia. Distribution. China (Guangdong, Guizhou, Hainan, Yunnan), Nepal, N-India (Sikkim), Philippines, Thailand. Notes. This species is newly recorded for China.
