Open Science, proprietà intellettuale e capitalismo delle piattaforme

Abstract

Le attuali politiche di promozione della scienza aperta presuppongono che l'apertura sia compatibile con il rafforzamento della proprietà intellettuale (e della «pseudo proprietà intellettuale»). La presentazione è finalizzata a confutare questo presupposto, dimostrando che l'Open Science è incompatibile con il continuo rafforzamento della proprietà intellettuale. Viene discusso, a questo fine, l'esempio dei dati della ricerca.
