Abstract

Мақолада қуритишбоп олча навларини узиш, ташиш, навларга ажратиш, инспекциялаш, ювиш, ишқор эритмасига ботириб олиш (бланширлаш), намини бараварлаш, қуритиш ҳамда қуруқ маҳсулотни сақлаш ҳақида адабиётлардан олинган маълумотлар берилган. Шу жумладан, қуритиш пайтида печкалар ва ўчоқлар ёнғинга қарши хавфсизлик талабларига тўла жавоб берадиган тартибда қурилган бўлиши керак. Каустик сода билан ишлайдиганлар махсус халатлар, оёқ кийимлар, респираторлар, ҳимоя кўзойнаги ҳамда қўлқоп билан таъминланиши зарурлиги тўғрисида ҳам айтиб ўтилган.
