Xenopus tissue segmentation model for 2D tissue segmentation using U-Net

Abstract

The dataset was image in the university of copenhagen in the group of Jakub Sedzinski by his PhD student Mari Tolonen and the U-Net model was trained by Varun Kapoor for doing the segmentation of the tissue using U-Net.
