Allocosa includes 19 species from the Neotropical Region, 19 species from the Nearctic Region, 20 species from the Palearctic Region, 18 species from the Australian Region, 55 species from the Ethiopian Region, and three species from Oriental Region (World Spider Catalog 2016).
