Abstract

Аннотация. В статье представлен анализ литературных данных и опыт работы промышленности, что показало: наибольшее количество длиннотрубчатых макаронных изделий вырабатываются кассетным способом на поточных линиях, отличающихся компактностью и сравнительной простотой конструкции.
