Abstract

Amphinemura ancistroidea Li & Yang, 2007 Material examined. 2 ♂, 1 ♀ (HIST), CHINA: Guangxi, Guilin City, lake in Riyueshuangta Park, light trap, 2008. V. 1, coll. W. Z. Cai. Female (Figs. 22 –25): Sternum 7 with slightly sclerotized, posterior margin slightly produced medially in a moderately sclerotized rectangular pregenital plate, partly covering anterior part of subgenital plate. Subgenital plate of sternum 8 nearly hexangular, with a lightly sclerotized quadrate medial area and darkly sclerotized lateral portion. Paragenital plate paired, small and membranous at posterolateral side of subgenital plate. Sternum 9 with anterior margin produced, posterior margin nearly truncate. Paraprocts and cerci missing. Inner sclerites: anterior shield absent, anterior sclerotized tube is a small quadrate sclerite with two anterolateral arms linked with membranous spermatheca, extended from a heart-shaped pouch in cleared dorsal view, dorsolaterally fused with two contacting oblique rods originating from medial portion of subgenital plate beneath the posterior margin of pregenital plate.
