Il plagio �� un concetto affascinante e imprevedibile che fatica a trovare un proprio spazio nella legge, mentre �� oggetto di attenta analisi dottrinale e giurisprudenziale. Sovente associato alla contraffazione e inteso come negazione di originalit�� e creativit��, il plagio pu�� essere inquadrato nell���ambito del diritto morale d���autore, quale violazione del diritto di paternit�� sull���opera dell���ingegno. Il volume analizza il plagio in questa cornice prediligendo una metodologia interdisciplinare, che illustra le molteplici anime del fenomeno nel naturale dialogo tra diritto d���autore e altri saperi, e comparata, grazie al confronto tra il sistema giuridico italiano e quello britannico. L���approccio storico- casistico, nell���esame di alcune selezionate pronunce dal 1891 a oggi, rivela interessanti somiglianze e suggerisce altres�� alcune ipotesi di riforma che meriterebbero di essere considerate.
