Micronecta vidali Poisson 1938 Material examined. Amont Taourirt, 0 3.0 4.14, 1 m, 2 jj; Melg el Ouidane, 0 3.0 4.14, 28 mm/ff/jj. Distribution. Maghrebian endemic. In Morocco, the species was recorded in the northern part of the country (L’Mohdi 2016). In the Moulouya River basin, this species was known from Zeghzel River (Chavanon et al. 2004). During the sampling period, M. vidali was found downstream of Za River (Fig. 9).
