Innovation für Praxis. Innovation in Praxis: Perspektiven der bildungswissenschaftlichen Innovationsforschung und der schulischen Innovationspraxis

Abstract

Pädagogische Führungskräfte tragen mit ihren Teams Verantwortung für die Bildung von Kindern und Jugendlichen. Ihr Ziel ist es, Bildungsbiografien zu fördern und die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung der Schülerinnen und Schüler zu unterstützen. Sie entwickeln die Qualität von Bildungsangeboten weiter und schaffen gerechte Zugänge zu diesen Angeboten. Aktuell, im Zusammenhang mit der Corona-Pandemie, scheint das Bedürfnis und der Wille besonders groß zu sein, Schule weiterzuentwickeln und gar neu zu denken. Gleichsam liegt eine lange Phase der beruflichen Anstrengungen hinter allen, besonders denen, die sich im besonderen Maße (überdurchschnittlich) engagiert haben. Nachfolgender Beitrag ordnet schulische Innovation bildungswissenschaftlich ein, präsentiert Besonderheiten, verknüpft die Theorie einer ‚crisis driven innovation‘ mit vorliegenden Befunden der Forschung aus der Corona-Pandemie und deren Innovationspotenzial und berichtet, warum es jetzt wichtig ist zu lernen, was morgen Schule macht.
