Abstract

Die Corona-Krise stellt auch nach mittlerweile über einem Jahr für Schulleiterinnen und Schulleiter eine sehr große Herausforderung dar. Die drei Säulen „Kommunikation“, „Kooperation“ sowie „Strategiearbeit“ sind zentrale Prinzipien im Management der Herausforderungen der Krise.
