Abstract

Genus Hemilepistus Budde-Lund, 1885 Porcellio (Hemilepistus) Budde-Lund, 1879: 4. Nomen nudum Porcellio (Hemilepistus) Budde-Lund, 1885: 151. Hemilepistus Budde-Lund, 1910: 9. Type species: Porcellio klugii Brandt, 133: 179, by subsequent designation by Budde-Lund, 1908: 281. Diagnosis. No conglobation ability; head with developed lateral lobes, dorsally with few to several tubercles; antenna with flagellum of two articles; pereon epimeron I with rounded hind margins; anterior pereon tergites (usually I–III) bearing tubercles; posterior ones and pleon smooth. Pleopod exopodites I–V with monospiracular internal lungs.
