Abstract

El objetivo de la investigaci��n es determinar la relaci��n existente de los factores del modelo SCOR, en la cadena de suministro de las MYPES de la regi��n Ucayali, 2021. El tipo de investigaci��n es aplicada, con el paradigma positivista y enfoque cuantitativo. El nivel de investigaci��n es correlacional simple y no experimental. La poblaci��n est�� representada por 37 MYPES de la Regi��n Ucayali dedicadas a la producci��n, comercializaci��n y servicios. El instrumento es la adaptaci��n del modelo de Referencia de Operaciones de la Cadena de Suministro, tambi��n llamado SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference, por sus siglas en ingl��s). Modelo SCOR Versi��n 12.0. La investigaci��n concluye en que las MYPES de la Regi��n Ucayali, no lograron llegar al m��ximo puntaje, en cada uno de los siete niveles, que contempla el Modelo SCOR, a lo largo podr��a afectar el valor agregado que se le debe brindar al cliente; lo que posibilita la identificaci��n de la causa ra��z de las brechas, con el fin de lograr una cadena de suministros eficiente y eficaz, existiendo aun un trabajo de integrar completamente en los procesos empresariales de la empresa y su cumplimiento de manera rutinaria, para luego migrar que sean parte de las pr��cticas cotidianas con eficacia total para la empresa.
