Abstract

File "ShapleyVIC_0.2.1.tar.gz" is the archive file for the version of ShapleyVIC package used in the paper, which can be installed using RStudio menu: Tools -> Install packages... -> Install from Package Archive File (.tgz; .tar.gz). Refer to https://github.com/nliulab/ShapleyVIC for future updates. Data used in Experiment 1 in the paper is provided as package data. File "analyse_recidivism.R" contains codes to reproduce Experiment 1 in the paper. File "analyse_mimic.R" contains codes used for Experiment 2 in the paper.
