Abstract

Esta comunicación se centra en la presentación del proyecto europeo “Contracts 2.0. Contratos efectivos y duraderos para el suministro de bienes públicos agroambientales”. Contracts 2.0 aporta un modelo de interés por el ecosistema social que genera en la colaboración entre diversos agentes del sector agroalimentario con intereses convergentes, para diseñar nuevos incentivos -tanto públicos como privados- orientados a crear sistemas agroecológicos diversificados. La comunicación presenta el proyecto, así como las distintas soluciones contractuales estudiadas (pago por resultados, tenencia de la tierra y cadena de valor; ya sean desde una implementación individual o colectiva). Las primeras conclusiones de la investigación nos permiten reflexionar sobre la importancia de aplicar de forma conjunta diferentes estrategias desde un enfoque sistémico y participativo para abordar el conjunto de retos ecológicos, económicos y sociales de los sistemas agrarios. Entre las estrategias de mayor interés destacan las soluciones contractuales con enfoques colectivos y flexibles para mejorar la diversidad productiva y la seguridad alimentaria, y los living labs como formas organizativas innovadoras para el diseño de políticas efectivas que favorezcan la transición agroecológica de los sistemas agroalimentarios sostenibles.
