Gérer la temporalité d'une donnée scientifique et de ses traitements

Abstract

La notion du temps est cruciale dans le processus d’acquisition des données scientifiques. Qu’elles soient de nature expérimentale, basées sur des observations ou issues de capteurs, la dimension temporelle des données est le principal facteur de non reproductibilité. Les traitements informatiques appliqués aux données sont eux-mêmes caractérisés par la version d’un logiciel ou d’un environnement informatique. Dès lors, comment gérer cette dimension spatiale dans un processus d’ouverture et de partage des données de la science ? Nous vous proposons d’étudier cette question au travers d’exemples concrets en évaluant l’apport d’outils tels que les notebooks.
