Abstract

El problema científico a resolver radica en limitaciones teórico prácticas del proceso de formación integral de los actores involucrados en el proceso formativo universitario, vinculadas a las potencialidades de las tecnologías, para una mejor calidad de su aprendizaje. Se profundiza en la concepción y función de los componentes didácticos de la educación superior del aula invertida a partir de evaluar el estado del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la Universidad en tiempo de pandemia. Afecta que el alumno no siempre es protagonista principal de su formación en la virtualización y también en la presencialidad, a veces puede observarse como durante la clase no se siente responsable de expresar y evaluar sus expectativas, necesidades e intereses relacionados con su aprendizaje, así como de valorar sus potencialidades para desarrollarse. Al no participar en la construcción del objetivo, ni elegir los materiales a consultar, ni decidir la información a sintetizar, incluso, ni sugerir el tiempo y lugar donde aprender, sino el profesor y la institución; el alumno no se identifica suficientemente con lo que aprende o no valora suficientemente su importancia para la práctica laboral y proyecto de vida. Esta tendencia afecta también el aprendizaje del docente, porque se limita a recrear lo que tradicionalmente utiliza para enseñar, no le es imprescindible prepararse para el reto de intercambiar, responder y solucionar dudas con sus alumnos en el momento en que surgen, a partir de sus temas y formas de aprendizaje contemporáneas, útiles para sistematizar la identificación de potencialidades, obstáculos y dificultades que se presentan y buscar la ayuda que necesita el alumno.
