ACCIONES DE PREPARACIÓN PARA LOS CUADROS DEL PARTIDO COMUNISTA DE CUBA EN EL CONTEXTO ACTUAL

Abstract

El Partido Comunista de Cuba es la fuerza dirigente de la sociedad cubana, la cual como organización de vanguardia, exige una sistemática e integral preparación de sus cuadros. A partir de los resultados del diagnóstico, las actividades de vinculación y la atención a cuadros y reservas, se constatan insuficiencias en la planificación del trabajo, el uso inadecuado de los documentos rectores, la selección y preparación de la reserva, así como falta de preparación para el enfrentamiento a los problemas energéticos y medioambientales. Desde las ideas expuestas el objetivo del trabajo radica en proponer acciones docentes metodológicas que contribuyan a la preparación integral de los cuadros del PCC para su desempeño exitoso en el cumplimiento de la tarea ordenamiento y los acuerdos del 8vo Congreso, en la etapa de recuperación de la COVID19. El resultado que se presenta es demanda del proyecto “Fundamentación del trabajo metodológico para la formación de los profesionales del Partido Comunista de Cuba (PCC) y la Unión de Jóvenes Comunistas (UJC), de la Escuela Provincial de Partido “Cándido González Morales”, del cual se deriva un programa integrador que incluye acciones docentes metodológicas encaminadas a la lucha ideológica en la coyuntura actual; la subversión política ideológica de Estados Unidos contra Cuba; el autodidactismo en la labor del cuadro del PCC; la planificación en la labor de dirección política; análisis de los documentos aprobados en el 8vo Congreso del PCC; la disciplina y el liderazgo para el enfrentamiento a los problemas energético y medioambientales en el territorio.
