Abstract

El proceso de formaci��n de los profesionales en Cuba se realiza mediante tres modalidades de estudio: presencial, semipresencial y a distancia. Sin embargo, las circunstancias de la Covid han conducido a un predominio de la modalidad a distancia y, por tanto, del uso de tecnolog��as, entornos virtuales y de m��ltiples recursos did��cticos. Las universidades cubanas han enfrentado el reto de la continuidad del proceso en estas condiciones y de garantizar el acceso de todos sus estudiantes. En correspondencia, la Universidad Central ���Marta Abreu��� de las Villas ha buscado alternativas entre las que sobresale el uso de la plataforma Moodle y otros recursos de forma gratuita. Desde esta plataforma, los docentes dirigen el proceso de ense��anza aprendizaje (PEA) de las asignaturas esencialmente de forma asincr��nica. Ello demanda transformaci��n e innovaci��n en dicho proceso y en la actividad del docente. La Carrera de Licenciatura en Educaci��n en Lenguas Extranjeras ha desarrollado valiosas pr��cticas en los diferentes niveles organizativos. Un estudio de tipo cualitativo realizado en asignaturas de tres de las disciplinas de la Carrera, con la utilizaci��n de la sistematizaci��n de la pr��ctica y la encuesta como m��todos fundamentales, ha permitido identificar las principales transformaciones e innovaciones realizadas y ofrecer recomendaciones metodol��gicas. El presente trabajo expone experiencias en estas tres disciplinas, as�� como resultados en cuanto a transformaciones e innovaciones y recomendaciones para el perfeccionamiento del PEA. La aplicaci��n de tales resultados ha impactado esencialmente en la did��ctica de la Educaci��n Superior y en la formaci��n inicial de profesores de lenguas extranjeras.
