L'intégration financière maghrébine comme facteur de relance économique à l'ère post-COVID19

Abstract

Le présent papier a pour objectif de mettre en lumière l'impact de La pandémie Covid-19 qui sera très dommageable pour toutes les économies. Bien que ses impacts socio-économiques soient très difficiles à mesurer à ce stade, il est certain qu’elle engendrera un ralentissement économique brutal dont la durée s’avère incertaine. Nous pouvons d’ores et déjà affirmer que la plupart des régions du monde se dirigent vers une récession, y compris la région du Grand Maghreb. Cette pandémie pèsera lourdement sur les budgets nationaux et les balances des paiements et sur la chute des prix du pétrole .Face à cette situation il est temps de s’interroger sur le interactions futures de l’intégration financière des pays du Maghreb pour faire face aux conséquences néfaste de cette pandémie. Les résultats de cette étude nous indiquent que L’intégration économique et financière du Maghreb est devenue, plus qu’une nécessité, un impératif incontournable de la transformation structurelle des économies maghrébines dans un contexte international aux multiples enjeux stratégiques. En raison du potentiel considérable que recèle la région, les coûts du non Maghreb pour chaque pays membre de l’Union du Maghreb demeurent considérables
