Abstract

La formaci��n inicial del maestro de la Educaci��n Especial se actualiza ante los retos de la inclusi��n educativa, al ampliar su accionar a instituciones de otros niveles educativos, lo que demanda un profesional competente. La competencia dise��o del proceso educativo plantea exigencias que rebasan el espacio a��lico y que no se refleja en la formaci��n, por lo que es objetivo de la investigaci��n dise��ar acciones integradoras para el desarrollo de la competencia dise��o del proceso educativo en la atenci��n a la inclusi��n socioeducativa de educandos con necesidades educativas especiales en la formaci��n del maestro de la Educaci��n Especial. Con la aplicaci��n de m��todos te��ricos, emp��ricos y matem��ticoestad��sticos se constat�� desconocimiento sobre cultura, pol��tica y pr��cticas inclusivas, en la concepci��n de acciones del proyecto de vida derivadas de la estrategia del a��o sobre la inclusi��n, en el dise��o de medios de ense��anza seg��n las caracter��sticas de los citados educandos, en la delimitaci��n de problemas, la toma de decisiones, la planificaci��n y evaluaci��n de resultados en situaciones educativas y la exposici��n de resultados acerca de la inclusi��n. A partir de ah��, se dise��aron y aplicaron acciones integradoras, y se logr�� el acercamiento a elementos te��ricos y pr��cticos sobre el tema, el desarrollo de iniciativas y la independencia en la toma de decisiones, en la planificaci��n de acciones del proyecto de vida y de medios de ense��anza para los educandos con NEE, as�� como, disposici��n hacia el dise��o y el trabajo con esos educandos.
