Abstract

Supplementary materials for the doctoral thesis Development of Turbulence Simulations for the Edge & Divertor and Validation against Experiment. The notebooks should be mostly self-documenting. To run them, you might need to install TorX (gitlab.mpcdf.mpg.de/phoenix/torx@40964572). The plotting of the TCV data is performed with notebook `tcv-x21/notebooks/Plotting_for_thesis.ipynb`. Note that this version of TCV-X21 is slightly different to the published version on github. To use the notebook, make sure you install the version in this repository. The repository also contains data files for the TORPEX and TCV validations.
