Abstract

Статья посвящена новым тенденциям внешнеполитической пропаганды Российской Федерации и США в начале XXI века. В статье раскрываются современные задачи субъектов политической пропаганды. Выявлены практики внедрения пропагандистских образов во внешней политике. Установлены технологии, используемые во внешнеполитической пропаганде современной России, США, Великобритании. Определены основные элементы внешнеполитической пропаганды, выделяются риторические принципы построения пропагандистского сообщения. Приводятся примеры использования политического мифа во внешнеполитической пропаганде. Установлены интернет-технологии внешнеполитической пропаганды, применяемые в информационном пространстве. The article is devoted to new trends in foreign propaganda of the Russian Federation and the USA in the early 21st century. The article reveals modern problems of political propaganda agents as well as practices of promotional images implementation in foreign policy and the techniques used in foreign propaganda of contemporary Russia, the USA and the UK. The author identifies basic elements of foreign propaganda and rhetorical principles of propaganda messages. The article also contains examples of political myths in foreign propaganda and web technologies used in the information space.
