The model simulates the crossing of a water barrier by agents representing hominins. It is designed for researchers who want to quantitatively test the chance of agents crossing a water barrier on an artificial or geographical map. The agents may be assigned with different modes of movement across the water ranging from undirected paddling to basic rafting.
