EBA-Zwischenbilanz: ein erfolgreiches Modell auch f��r schw��chere Jugendliche?

Abstract

2004 wurde mit dem neuen Berufsbildungsgesetz die bisherige Anlehre stufenweise durch die zweij��hrige Grundbildung mit EBA (eidgen��ssisches Berufsattest) abgel��st. Nach f��nf Jahren wurde nun im Auftrag des BBT eine Zwischenbilanz gezogen. Die Institute INFRAS und Idheap haben Ende 2010 eine breit angelegte Evaluation vorgelegt, welche zu vorwiegend positiven Ergebnissen kommt. Einige der Schlussfolgerungen werden kritisch hinterfragt. Avec l���entr��e en vigueur en 2004 de la nouvelle loi sur la formation professionnelle, la formation ��l��mentaire a peu �� peu ��t�� remplac��e par la formation professionnelle initiale en deux ans avec attestation f��d��rale (AFP). Commandit�� par l���OFFT, un bilan interm��diaire a ��t�� r��alis�� apr��s cinq ans. A la fin 2010, les Instituts INFRAS et Idheap ont publi�� une ��valuation �� large ��chelle qui pr��sente des r��sultats majoritairement positifs. Cependant, certains des r��sultats obtenus sont examin��s avec un ��il critique dans le pr��sent article.
